EVALU-IT INSTITUTE is an independent, nonpartisan, 501 (c)(3) non-profit research institution, based in the Washington DC Metropolitan Area. The institute conducts in-depth research and data analysis to measure whether or not a program is having its desired effect.

EVALU-IT INSTITUTE’s network of professionals includes economists, analysts, and programmers skilled in the use of large-scale administrative data. Our team is composed of a qualified network of researchers with extensive experience assessing programs and policies for Federal and Local Governments in the U.S. and international development agencies, such as the World Bank, USAID, UNDP, and OPIC.
Our team has effectively led the design and implementation of different evaluations in the areas of health, education, social protection and labor, entrepreneurship, arts, and criminal justice. Our team's publications record includes articles in academic journals, such as the Journal of International Development, American Economic Review, World Medical, and Health Policy, IZA Journal of Labor Policy, Labour Economics, Journal of Economic Inequality; among other books and policy notes.
EVALU-IT INSTITUTE was founded by researchers and has been registered as a 501(c)(3) public charity since 2008. The Institute offers practitioners powerful policy analysis and information capability and context for policy design.
